Government fixing consultations?

The Government has been accused of fixing the outcome of public consultations on health policy after it emerged that reviews were flooded with block votes from groups funded entirely by the taxpayer. See Telegraph here and more re the ridiculous consultation in Southampton here. Join us this Wednesday at 5.30 to here more in Stroud - call 01453755451 for more info.
