Who said this, (in one form or another)?

"Fluoridation (the addition of poisonous waste acid chemical to the water supply) is probably the greatest scientific fraud ever perpetrated upon the population in the whole of the 20th century."

So, with the passing of the Fraud Act 2007, who will now be pinpointed (and prosecuted) for being held responsible for fluoridating 9 per cent of the population of Britain and Ireland since the mid 60s? Just as importantly, who is conniving under the cover of professional medical concern to get fluoridation extended to everyone?
